Mandy Liu
Broker, CFA, CPA
Mandy is the designated broker and property manager at MoJoy. She has been a real estate investor in the Austin area since 2016. Before transitioning to real estate investment and founding MoJoy, Mandy worked with reputable firms such as Applied Materials, KPMG, PwC, and China International Capital Corporation. She holds an MBA and an Accounting Master degree from Virginia Tech, a Master of Management from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Renmin University of China.
Shucai Xiao
Ph.D, Maintenance and Technology Advisor
Shucai is an enthusiastic DIYer and serves as the Maintenance and Technology Advisor at MoJoy. His goal is to help rental home investors find the most cost-effective ways to maintain their properties and protect their investments, while also ensuring that MoJoy utilizes the latest advancements in technology. Shucai is a full-time senior software engineer and holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
